Central Cars is the proud sponsor of the Approach Ladies FC, finalists in this year's FHM O2 Cup! The nationwide 5-a-side football tournament, run by FHM magazine and mobile operator O2, has so far had heats in Glasgow, Leeds, London and Birmingham. On Sunday 26th March the Approach Ladies FC successfully competed at the London leg. They battled through the rain and mud to win two games and lose just one - finishing second in the table. Impressively, the only match they lost was to the best team of the day, a girls side from Royal Holloway University who went on to beat even the best mens side 3-1! With their winning score lines of 4-0 and 7-0, we can only wait to see how the team fares at the tournament's grand finale at none other than Arsenal's Highbury Stadium on May 14th! It's one of the last games that will ever be played there, and the girls will be revelling in a first prize of £5,000 if they can top their group on the day.
